This Policy also describes your choices and rights related to the information that we collect or that is provided to us. This Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Punch Studio does not own or control, or to individuals that Punch Studio does not employ or manage.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

The types of Personal Information that we collect about you depend on how you interact with us. We may collect your Personal Information directly from you, automatically when you visit our Sites, through your interactions with our social media sites, and through other sources, such as publicly available sources. We have set out below the types of Personal Information we may collect, or have collected in the preceding twelve months:

  • General contact information, such as your full name, email address, telephone number, physical or mailing addresses, and username and password for account creation, where applicable.

If you apply for a job with us, we may collect information that is considered Sensitive Information. Such information provided by you, includes (where permitted and in accordance with applicable law): social security number, driver’s license number, racial or ethnic origin, health and medical information (including where required, drug screening results), and/or criminal history. We only collect and use this information as permitted by applicable law.

HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We use the Personal Information we obtain about you for the following commercial and business purposes:

  • To register for an account with us, where applicable.
  • To process your orders and/or to provide customer service.

We Disclose Personal Information to Affiliated Companies.

We may disclose your Personal Information to subsidiaries, affiliates or strategic partners as needed to provide our products and Services and generally as necessary to administer our organization.

We Disclose Personal Information to Third Parties Who Perform Services on Our Behalf.

We work with trusted business partners and third-party service providers who do work on our behalf, such as sending emails for us, operating our Sites, processing your financial information, or running promotions or surveys for us. We also engage service providers to perform a variety of other services on our behalf, such as our contest administrators, email providers, technical support providers, customer service providers, delivery services, research and analytics providers. We may provide links to other websites, services, and applications (e.g., Facebook, Twitter) that are not operated or controlled by us (“Third Party Sites”). These Third-Party Sites also may include activity feed, social media buttons and widgets, such as “Like” or “Share This” buttons. This Privacy Policy does not apply to your use of Third-Party Sites. You should review and understand the privacy practices of any Third-Party Sites before using them and providing them with your information.

YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES

You can Opt-Out of Receiving Our Marketing Emails.

When you sign up for our newsletter, you will be asked to provide us with an accurate e-mail address through which we may contact you. Such registration through our Sites constitutes your express acknowledgment that we may use your e-mail address to communicate with you about product offerings (unless affirmative consent is otherwise required by applicable law). To stop receiving our promotional emails, you may email us at [email protected] or follow the instructions in any promotional message you get from us. Even if you opt out of getting marketing messages, we may still contact you through email in response to your questions.

We Use Common Tracking Technologies.

Punch Studio uses commercially reasonable organizational, technical and administrative means to protect your Personal Information, however, we cannot guarantee that your information will be 100% safe. DATA RETENTION

We will only retain your Personal Information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected by us, including for the purposes of complying with our data retention policies and procedures and satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, including applicable statute of limitations periods.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Children Under 18: Our Sites are intended for users 18 and older. If you are under 18, do not use or provide any information on the Sites. If we learn we have collected or received Personal Information from a child under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that Personal Information promptly. If you believe we might have any Personal Information from or about a child under 18, please contact us. Additionally, we do not sell the Personal Information of children under the age of 16.

Users Outside of the United States: If you use our Sites outside of the United States, you understand and consent (where permitted by applicable law) to the transfer of your Personal Information to, and the collection, processing, and storage of your Personal Information in, the United States and elsewhere. The laws in the U.S. and these countries regarding Personal Information may be different than the laws of your state or country and may not provide the same level of protection for Personal Information as that of your home country.
